Plantronics Discovery 925 Bluetooth Earpiece (Black)[Retail Packaged]

This is a very well designed unit for placement in my ear - multiple choices on ear piece to fit ear size, and great sound. As I wear glasses, the over the ear type was not very comfortable. However, the darned 925's keep failing. I'm returning my 3rd one and frankly I'm fed up with it. Plantronics is fantastic in their acceptance of returns through their on-line process, and they even will give me a Voyager 520 instead of replacing "again" the Discovery 925 I'm returning. I really don't recommend it for the reason that it's unrealiable and I have to wait for a replacement using the old wire connected ear pieces. Very disappointing.

Its cheaper cousin Voyager 520 was far better on the quality, just not the right ear fit. This one fit fine but did not sound the best. Had to return it.

Didn't see any improvement over the lesser priced Motorola. Hasn't fallen out of my ear yet, but it seems like it could at any time. Not too enamoured with the user friendliness. To turn it on or off you hold the control button for 4 seconds. Motorola = 1 tap for on, remove from ear and close for off. Voice activated dialing = press and hold the control button for 2 seconds until hearing a confirmation beep...Motorola = 1 tap.
If you wish to be able to redial or transfer a call, this unit will do the job. Did not notice any improvement in sound quality. Was a snap to pair.

I love the 925. I wear glasses so I can't stand an ear loop, and the 925 stays put perfectly, no irritation. I've only owned Motorola bluetooth headsets before, and I hated them all. This 925 I use, and sometimes forget I have it on.

i like this product so far, not sure how it will perform after one year but so far so good. most blue tooth are not very good after one year of use.
has great volume and no one complains about the breaks in the sound from the other receiving callers.
sticks to your ear better than others i have owned. this one stays on really well..!!! if you wear the ear piece for too long it does feel a little achy from having a weighted object there for more than an hour.
