Excellent printer, excellent price
2010-01-27I am very pleased with this printer . . . easy to set up, easy to use . . . and the print quality seems to be very good.

Excellent
2010-01-24Excellent printing and very fast. My only cons are that it is somewhat noisy when working and starting up and seems to use more ink than our old printer. The quality of print and photos is outstanding. Easy to install.

Best bang for the buck
2010-01-17What attracted me to this printer was the stated printing time, the large touch screen, print size up to 8" X 10", and the six cartridge system. I didn't expect too much for the $89.00 that I paid. Wow, was I surprised. A 4"X6" print in twenty seconds? Color saturation was perfect for my taste. It took about fifteen minutes from opening the box to the first print, without reading the manual. I guess the only "drawback", is the size. This is not a portable. That being said, just buy it.

hp Photosmart D7560
2010-01-09For the most part the printer work fine \, but I didn't purchas an all in one unit because I have a Canon printer that I like but the printer dosen't seem to work with this printer. My previous printer was the hp7660.

Good, but with some annoyances
2010-01-07Have been printing mostly DVD labels using HP software. It's limited, but works well. I prefer printing on paper labels rather than on printable DVDs. The color is more saturated plus the DVDs are cheaper.
The printer churns through its noisy startup routine, and then when you start the software it does it again. Every third DVD means another noisy interlude for which you have to raise the print cradle door. Sometimes strange things happen, and you may have to redo the label and try again. Occasionally it prints only a sliver on the edge of the label. Don't know why. I just print over it most of the time.
The initial ink cartridges were gone in a flash. Replacements are doing OK. Printing DVD labels doesn't seem to require much ink.
